The full desktop version, not a web-app
We’re not talking a web version of the desktop products, here. We’re talking the standard desktop version. Your program will look and function just as it would if you were running it from you own computer. (We can even install it from your own installation discs, if it’s something really specialised.)
Access it from anywhere, on any device
Because the program isn’t installed on your own computer, you’re not tied to one location or one device. Nor is the rest of your team. You can log in from your backup laptop, your mum’s computer, even an internet kiosk while you’re on holidays (although your better half might not be too impressed with that!). Basically, you can access it from wherever you are, with whatever’s handy.
Pay only for what you use
With CloudApp, you choose what you pay for, and for how long; you only pay for your program while you’re using it, and you only pay for each user while they have access. So if you add or remove users, your investment changes to match. Or if you happen to take a month off, or need to scale back during quiet times, you can remove users or even ‘switch off’ the program altogether, until things are back on track.
